Paperwork / Phone Calls / Meetings / Home Tours — We’ll Be With You

We know it’s a difficult decision and you shouldn’t have to go it alone. We have a dedicated Admissions team at a corporate office to assist with any and all steps druing this complicated process.

Every day.

As you know caring for an individual with intellectual disabilities requires, patience, great compassion and a genuine desire to help others. This is what we look for in our professional caregivers. And then we put them through extensive training so they have the skills to manage almost anything that comes their way.

Our care is person-centered. We take time to know the needs, habits and preferences of your loved one as well as you do. And we honor and respect his or her individuality. Our goal is single-minded—whatever it takes to promote advancement toward independence and self-determination. Every day, our staff advocates for your loved one’s best interest—just as you always have.

In the community.

We advocate with public programs, agencies and non-profits to make sure the individuals we serve get all the services they’re entitled to—everything from medical care, aids in schools, stipends and job training. We track down the possibilities, fill out the paperwork and follow up with meetings, phone calls, whatever it takes.

We also advocate for good jobs, therefore we make ourselves known in the local business community, and we entice employers to hire our workforce. We also actively seek contract jobs that we can bring into our centers. Good jobs don’t just happen, we go find them.

We’re your advocate through the process.
